Life began in a foster home.

Then I got lucky, I was adopted and raised by my mum in a tiny remote town in the middle of Australia 1,500km from the nearest city.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid.

School was all about sitting still,
following rules, and fitting in… I did none of those things well.

I spent two more decades trying to force a square peg (me!) through a round hole.

Success always came at the cost of burnout.

I was ranked top 10 in the country – before I burnt out.

I founded several successful businesses – and even published a book.

But every achievement always came at the cost of burnout. Ultimately, I was unhappy and unfulfilled.

Until I figured out what was blocking me.

I researched the link between ADHD, burnout, flow – and peak performance.

And I realised that traditional
productivity advice doesn’t work
for the way I’m wired.

And found a better way to reach my goals.

So I created Flowjo – a performance system that leverages the way I’m wired.

Finally, I can consistently perform at my best without the risk of burnout – and actually enjoy the process of reaching my goals.

Now? My mission is to help founders find their Flowjo.

I help founders leverage their unique cognitive wiring, remove performance blockers – and scale their business with less chaos and more flow.

“I didn’t need more discipline or willpower – I needed a
system that works the way I do… This is the first time focus
has actually felt consistent”

I reached financial freedom by 30. Then I spent it all on becoming the coach I wish I had.

Over the next five years, I re-invested everything I made into developing myself into the best coach I can be. Below are some of the institutions I trained with during this time.
