What landed for me

The idea that identity drives behaviour more than goals. Becoming the type of person who already has the habits you want is a game-changer. The habit stacking and environment design strategies were incredibly practical and easy to apply.

Where I’d add nuance

The system is incredibly useful, but not every habit is built the same way. Some habits require deeper mindset shifts or emotional work before systems alone will stick. Perfectionism can hide inside “systems”—don’t let optimisation become procrastination.
